If you’ve made it to the Forest
Grove web site you’ve inevitably been told about it through
a friend or relative. What you may not realize is that through
that exchange you have been hand selected as a potential resident
of Forest Grove. If you choose to move here you will quickly
learn of all the advantages to living in such a close-knit community.
The first and foremost advantage to living in Forest Grove is
the security. Not only do we have a fence that completely surrounds
all of the houses and a 24 hour manned security gate but we
have a police officer who makes regular rounds of the community.
Our staff is also fully CPR certified. This way, if there are
any medical problems we can be of assistance. In addition we
have a program called, "Peace of Mind" which is implemented
when you are out of town. We feel it's our obligation to keep
a strong neighborhood watch, making sure that no one from outside
of the community gets in unless they belong here.
On your right you will see a lovely version of our traditional,
classic home done in stone and wood. This was one of the first
homes to be built in the community. A little heads up for you
folks, because I like you so much. This house will be coming
on the market next week after the current resident, Margaret,
leaves to spend her twilight years in a nursing home.
It’s a nice house isn’t it? Have you noticed how
many of the houses have private pools? You may be asking yourself
why have a private pool if you can use the community pool anytime
you like? Some of our older residents enjoy the privacy of their
own pool but keep in mind that if you build a pool you must
also fence in your entire yard to prevent children from swimming
when there is no one watching. Again, safety is of the utmost
importance in Forest Grove.
Finally, I’d like to direct your attention towards our
community bulletin board. Next to the club house which serves
as a gathering place for all of our residence the bulletin board
helps bring our community together allowing residents to post
notices about upcoming events, social gatherings, lost dogs,
babysitting opportunities, etc. |
